Last month dozens of graduates and guests gathered at the International Language School of Canada (ILSC) for their convocation ceremony, where UCW faculty member Tanya Pattullo was invited as a guest speaker.

During the 45-minute presentation, Tanya discussed her personal journey, covering her education, career choices, and the challenges she faced along the way. She ended the presentation with a question-and-answer session and advised graduates on how to choose a successful career path.

“Tanya’s talk was both inspirational and informative,” said ILSC Pathways Program and Partnership Coordinator Michelle Hicks. “ILSC students and staff enjoyed and learned from Tanya’s story of overcoming life’s obstacles and ultimately serving others in need.”
